How do I get my Real Estate License in Massachusetts?
You must first complete a state-approved 40 hour pre-licensing course such as our Real Estate Salesperson Distance Program. You will then submit your completed application to PSI Testing Services for pre-approval to sit for your MA State and National exams. Upon successful completion of both portions of the exam, you will be issued a Real Estate Salesperson License and will then be eligible to practice Real Estate in Massachusetts under a licensed Broker.
